88ab Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between the 88ab platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and any person who uses the platform ("User", "you"). By creating an account or using 88ab, you fully agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the platform.

1. General Provisions

1.1 Applicability

These Terms apply to all services offered by 88ab — including online casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, and other entertainment services. 88ab reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you have accepted the updated Terms.

1.2 Age Restriction

This platform is for persons aged 21 or above only. Use by minors is strictly prohibited. By creating an account you confirm that you are 21 or older and that you are using the platform of your own free will.

1.3 One Account Per Person

Each user may operate one account only. If the same person or household opens more than one account, 88ab reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit any balances held in them. Providing accurate and complete information at registration is mandatory.

2. Account Management

2.1 Registration & Verification

To open an account at 88ab you must provide your correct name, date of birth, address, and contact details. We reserve the right to close accounts where false or incomplete information has been provided. A copy of your national ID card or passport may be requested for identity verification.

2.2 Account Security

Keeping your login credentials confidential is entirely your responsibility. If you suspect any unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately. Allowing any third party to use your account is strictly prohibited. We recommend changing your account password regularly.

2.3 Account Suspension or Closure

88ab may suspend or permanently close your account in any of the following circumstances:

• Evidence of false information or fraud is found.
• An attempt to operate multiple accounts is detected.
• Evidence of bonus abuse or system manipulation is found.
• There is reason to believe the account holder is a minor.
• Any platform rule is violated.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Payment Methods

88ab currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank). Transactions from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited — all payments must be made from an account registered in your own name.

3.2 Minimum Limits

The minimum deposit across all payment methods is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000. Transactions below these limits cannot be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, identity verification or a security review may cause delays. 88ab may hold a withdrawal for verification if the transaction appears unusual.

3.4 Transaction Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not supported.

4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Depositing ৳12,000 or more earns the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳22,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds you must wager 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not the total balance). For example: if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets before the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• An account may receive the welcome bonus once only.
• Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is active will cancel the bonus.
• If bonus abuse is proven, all bonuses and related winnings will be forfeited.
• Winnings from a bonus may not be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.

4.4 Bonus Expiry

If a bonus is not used within the specified period after it is awarded, it will be cancelled automatically. The exact expiry period will be stated with each bonus offer.

5. VIP Program

The 88ab VIP program has four tiers. Users at each tier enjoy weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Promotion to a higher tier is based on the user's activity and participation on the platform. 88ab reserves the right to change or revise VIP benefits at any time.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

88ab is committed to fair and transparent gaming. All game outcomes are governed by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely impartial and verifiable. No game result is manipulated or predetermined.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using software, bots, or any automated method to play games.
• Exploiting any system vulnerability or bug for an advantage.
• Colluding with other players to influence outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.
• Operating an account under a false identity.

6.3 Technical Issues

88ab reserves the right to void or correct the outcome of any game affected by a technical fault. In such cases, stakes will be refunded and no winnings will be considered valid.

7. Sports Betting

The 88ab sports betting section offers betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports. The following rules apply to sports betting:

• Each event will have its own set rules and limits.
• There may be limited opportunity to cancel a bet placed before a match begins.
• If a match is abandoned or cancelled, the relevant bets will be refunded.
• Odds may change at any time. The odds at the time the bet is placed are considered final.
• In the event of a dispute over a bet outcome, 88ab's decision is final.

8. Responsible Gaming

88ab places the highest priority on responsible gaming. We want all our users to have a safe and enjoyable experience. Gaming is always for entertainment — never as a solution to financial problems.

• Do not place extra bets trying to recover money you have lost.
